At Molly's parent-teacher conference her teacher's noted how she's off the charts with her large motor skills. We actually have no idea what that means, but maybe her new found love of somersaults speaks to it. Here's some footage... Oh, and as you can see by the underwear, she's still doing great with potty training!

Somersaults!
Our severe decline in posts to Molly's blog is a pretty adequate reflection of the extremely busy semester we've had here in Columbus. But this is the last week of the spring semester, so hopefully we'll try to pick up the posts over the summer.

Oh my gosh!
Molly's turning into quite the chatterbox. Often we find ourselves amazed by the new word, phrase or relatively complex thought that comes out of her mouth. Other times, it's just down right hilarious! Tonight was one of the hilarious moments. Here's a glimpse... Note, we did not prompt the original expression of "oh my gosh", we just prompted her to repeat it to get it on camera.

Molly's moves
It's been a while since either of us has posted. Molly (and life in general) has been keeping us busy. The biggest update, of course, is that Molly is potty training like a champ! She's closing in on her first full week of no diapers (except for nap and night time - but she's been dry after naps anyway). There have been a few accidents here and there, but she's doing a great job overall.
Since we doubt anyone is interested in photos or video of Molly on the potty, we decided to include this video of Molly's cool new dance moves...
enjoy!

Where do you live?
Last weekend, grandma and grandpa Pintor came to town for a visit! Molly was very excited to have them here. On Friday, before they arrived, we had mentioned to her teachers that Molly's grandparents were coming to town. They must have talked with her about it during the day because when we picked her up, not only did she ask about grandma & grandpa, but actually said "grandma grandpa Pintor"! It was pretty cute!
Of course when they left, Molly was pretty sad. In typically Molly fashion, we talked about their visit and them leaving over and over. She definitely likes to repeat and process significant events aloud! We told her how they went home to Chicago and not surprisingly, Molly soon started to tell us that "grandma and grandpa went home to Chicago". We took the opportunity then to tell Molly where she lived, where mommy and daddy lived, where pop pop and mom mom lived, and even where Santa lives. Here's a little clip of Molly's geography test! (Don't mind the white goop all over Molly's head and face. It was an oobleck day at daycare!)
